Château Giscours
“Life at Giscours” Private Tour
A private exploration of the estate, beyond the vineyard.
Accompanied by one of our guides, members explore Château Giscours by electric cart, with access to areas rarely included in traditional visits.
The tour moves through the vineyard, Giscours Park, Suzanne Farm, the vegetable garden and the animals that form part of life on the estate, offering a deeper understanding of this Grand Cru Classé beyond its cellars. It continues through the winemaking facilities and the château, before concluding with a private tasting of the estate’s wines in one of the château’s rooms.
The Vertical of Giscours
A private vertical tasting shaped around the member’s choice.
This experience offers an in-depth discovery of Château Giscours, from the vineyard and historic buildings to the winemaking facilities.
At its heart is a vertical tasting of four vintages of Château Giscours, selected by the member from a dedicated cellar list of around twenty vintages. Designed for knowledgeable wine lovers and collectors, it reveals how each vintage expresses the character of Margaux, the precision of the estate and the passage of time.
La Table de Giscours
A private dining experience rooted in the estate.
Members benefit from priority access, by prior arrangement, to La Table de Giscours, where Chef Benjamin Laurent creates seasonal cuisine conceived in close dialogue with the wines of the property.
Served in the château’s private dining room, each menu draws from the life of Giscours itself: the vegetable garden, the farm, the estate’s produce and the surrounding terroir. La Table de Giscours extends the estate to the table, bringing together wine, cuisine, nature and hospitality with the same sense of authenticity that defines the property.

Caiarossa
The History of Caiarossa
A vertical exploration of the estate’s flagship wine.
A private visit of the vineyards and cellar, introducing the principles of biodynamic agriculture and the philosophy that shapes Caiarossa.
The experience culminates in a vertical tasting of three vintages of Caiarossa, offering a focused understanding of its structure, evolution and expression over time. The tasting is accompanied by selected local products and concludes with the estate’s organic olive oil.

A tasting across vintages.
Following a guided visit of the estate, members take part in a tasting of current and older vintages of Pergolaia, Aria di Caiarossa and Caiarossa.
This experience offers a clear reading of the wines through time, highlighting their evolution, balance and ageing potential. Each wine is paired with a selection of local delicacies.
